Kyushu Trip

Kyushu trip!!! finally im back. spend alot of money.... let me post some photos first.

Day1 @ osaka. spend ard hours on the road. set off at 5.15am reach osaka ard 12.30pm... head straight to the shopping arcade... shinshainbashi... woohoo.. spend alot of money there... jialat.

Day 2 @ osaka. went to visit osaka castle and had lunch at a super nice traditional restaurant.

and that night we went to Kuchu Teien Tenbodai ( The Floating Garden Observatory). Its 173meters above ground and u can have a 360 degree view of the city of osaka, enjoy the gorgeous night view of the city at the open rooftop. good place for dating. hahhah... there were lot of couples there. hahah...

Day2 -3 @ ferry... after visiting osaka castle...we rush to catch the ferry.... i will not take the ferry again. its super shaky lor an dwe sleep in the mass hall which is like a place for refugees. hahah...at night not only the ship is shaky... there is also a symphony of snores. hahahha. and that night i only had 2 rice balls and green tea for dinner. super sad hor. save money mah. hahha... and after dinner i went for a hot bath then i went to sleep immediately... hahah nothing to do on board so i just sleep lo. hahahah...

Day 3 @ kagoshima. finally we alight the shaky ship after more than 10 hours on board. hahah... and went to kagoshima and the place is really beautiful. hahah.. too bad it was raining cant have a clear view of sakurajima and we were walking in the rain when we visit the Chiran Samurai Houses and Garden. Actually nothing much actually... u see 1 garden u've seen all the other 6 gardens.. all gardens have stones, cute round bushes and fake waterfalls. hahahh... so we just scan thru the place and head to our roykan for the night. shiok and i had onsen!!! i'm falling in love with onsen!

Day 4 @ kumamoto. went to visit komamoto castle... and i had raw horse meat for lunch! its very chewy esp the one which has more fats. hahahha....

Day 5. we went to see the crater... hahha... its very choking... we stood there for a while only and we all started to cough.... quite dangerous and unhealthy. hahahhah

that day i have half dead sotong for lunch. i din know it was half dead when its served lo. yajima-san knew but he din tell us. den i was a bit disgusted by the fact that the sotong's eye was still staring at me when i was eating it. so i cover up its eye with a piece of its cut body.

this is the view outside the roykan i stayed that night. we were lucky enought to catch the sunset right after we checked-in. hahahh... super beautiful!

we were given those ugly yellow pull over and very baggy pants to wear in the roykan. hahhah... made us look like prisoners. hohoho.... the food served in the roykan was very good. hahahh...

Day 5 we went to this place that sells porcelain. pardon me for feeling bored that day. hahahh think i've lost almost all my ability to appreciate art. or maybe i'm just not very interested in moulding clay. hahhah.... dinner that night was good and finally cheap. hahha... u saw that yaki udon... that was super lo... its yiwen's dinner and mine was the claypot rice with egg... *slurp* actually i prefer to eat in such small restaurants but to them... going for trips means we have to eat the specialty from that place which is usually costly.

Day 6 @ hiroshima. we visited the hiroshima peace memorial museum. the only museum i can relate to. coz its the nuclear bombing ma. as it was the golden week.. there was this flower festival in hiroshima and there was also a japanese style pasa malam. ahah... i love pasa malam!

coz it was the golden week, we din manage to book a hotel or roykan in hiroshima. thus we end up camping at miyajima. hahahh super pathetic. and it rained that night. and the tent was super cold. and i was the "lucky" one to sleep at the side so i was super cold. so the whole night i cant sleep. too cold to sleep.

and the next day we went to tour around miyajima. we visited the Itsukushima Shrine and saw the O-Torii. Its stending in the sea and i love the Daisho-in temple, next temple we visited, it has alot of statues ard the temple big and small... cute and serious. and we spotted an an-pan man statue there... hahah.. so cute. hahahh...

next up we went to the misen mountain. we walk a gentle mountain for ard 20mins before reaching the ropeway station. and i need to pay 1800yen for the super lok kok ropeway. it looks as if its going to give way or stop any moment. hahahh... we took 2 different ropeways.

and after that i get to see this view. hahhah.. my camera not powerfull enff la. hahahh...


and they get to see ths fire which has been burning continuously for a fe thousand years already. hahhah... but to me its just a pot with fire lo. hahah... when i reach the temple. i was asking ard... so what fire? where? den when i saw the small pot of fire... i was like... huh?! i climb so high just to see this pot ar? hahahha and it did not end lo. yajima-san told us there is a even better view up and he wanted to climb and he say "lets go together" den i was like thinking... "woah i dowan to climb also cannot liow la!" so i follow them lo. the climb up was ard 30mins ok.... super tedious... so steep the mountian. argh... i got the same freaky feeling when i climb mt kinabalu duing JC. hahhah...

and after 30mins of climbing i finally reach the real top of the mountain. and i got to see a beautiful view. hahahh... was i worth it? i dunno la... considering the fact that i din see the night b4.... i cant really think. but i know for sure i will nvr climb up that mt misen again... even if anyone offers to pay the ropeway fee for me i will not climb up again! once is enff. hahhaha...

and i have no more photos after that. coz i was too tired and also coz its almost the end of out trip. the rest of the day was spend in the car rushing to kyoto to check into the hotel and the next day was a full day drive from kyoto to tokyo. hahah a super tiring trip.

im broke now. and i cant go for any of such trips liow. its time to save money again. boo.
