yet another weeek at work

yet another week at work.... this week seems better den last week. Though this week 's FAT meeting is bad...hahhah coz my MOST HATED is there... SWEE GUAN... hes keep pin pointing at my department's fault, that we keep changing out commitment date. But we have no choice, the vendor cant deliver to us on time what can we do... kill them mehz... den he just keeps nagging nagging and nagging in the meeting until one point i tot to myself if hes married? if he has kids? i'm so glad i'm not his daughter!!! imagine when u did something wrong and your father just keep on nagging and nagging and nagging you.... hahhah hes voice just sound so irritating during the meeting.

yesterday, this Swee Guan called for an urgent meeting on Dreamliner. apparently the directors are coming to question how come this project is being delay. So hes the program manager, so being a lousy program manager he does not know all the status of this project thus he has to call for a meeting to joit dowan everyone's progress so as to ans the directors next week. And i was shocked to find out that some of the BB-items are not bought yet and PR are only raised yesterday!!! and there's this critical polorizer that needs to be cut to specs but in house we do not have this know how. If no one in house can cut that piece of glass we can say bye bye to this project already. And the tools are all not ready yet. see how cock up this project is. And during the FAT meeting, MOST HATED still accuse MShop as though all the other functional groups has got their stuff ready and the whole world is waiting for our mechanical parts. But it seems otherwise, though Mshop's progress is not the best but its still one of the better one compared to other functional groups. That's why i say, all these uncles are very weird. They will keep pin pointing at other people's fault and hide thier own wrongs!

During that Dreamliner meeting, its the 1st time i saw this program manager called stantely lee. He seems to be a bad guy as well. Can you imagine, the minute he came into the meeting, the first time he does when he sat down on this seat was to accuse Machine Shop of our delay in sending the parts over to the Main Store. He was talking to Richard, the very experience engineer. He sound so sarcarstic. And i think hes so stupid to accuse MShop when they are the one who keep trigger the drawing change. When Richard shoot him back regarding those ECO change he suck thumb. Got nothing to say. Hes just stupid la never use his brain and think before he make such stupid comments on other people. Next time i will document all the ECO change dates and revision. Anyone who dares to say those stupid comments to MShop i will just present them those facts so that they can go suck their own thumb and keep their bloody mouth shut.

And what happen to my boss? Hes suppose to go for weekly FAT meeting and the Dreamliner meeting he was also activated but in the end he went for none. i dunno where he went but all i know is he must he eating snake. These kinda important meeting dowan to attend, when some one ask him the status den come back and ask us how come din inform him. he must be mad. all the things said during the meeting are documented in the report i send him 2 times weekly. so there goes to show that no one other den myself reads my own report. Even the Tan Peng Heng, FAT chair also din even scan through the report before the meeting and he was the one who demanded for the report. There was a remarks column and if parts are delivered i will put delivered but he still went through every part to ask if it was delivered. I did not shoot him back but in my mind i was thinking he must be blind or maybe he cant read delivered. And the MOST HATED hes worse, he was quarreling over the email over some retainer that he wanted urgently. but the point is we have already fulfil the no. of qty. Its the mass productiojn people who took it so they either have to wait till its finish machining which will pro take some time or take back the pc from mass production. But in the end i still manage to expedite the part and deliver on the 23rd of OCT but i commited the date to deliver one the 27th OCT so i was early. But in the meeting they still ask me where is the parts yerterday. They must be mad. den i just say delivered. den the MOST HATED laugh and say: you claim that its delivered den where are the parts now?" i just feel like slapping him in the face and say you need me to send to your door step is it. den maybe ur office can be the main store lo. next time all parts i send to ur office. TMD. stupid old man. Luckly one of the opitcs assy uncle say already receive the parts if not i would have just shoot him.

I hope MOST HATED gets all the blame for the delay if Dreamliner and i hope he will be sack!
