yesterday 27th Oct was a sucky day at work. i'm think i dislike my boss. btw his not the swee guan whom i think he suck. my boss is called dennis whom i think is a idiot.

hes short. hes fat. and he thinks that hes great. hes a womanizer whom thinks that hes so charming that gals will all flock to him.

to me hes just a irritating idiot. whos boostful. who a big python. whos uses vulgarities as if its his mother tongue. whos doesnt have the ideal how to even make a reasonable ppt slides when hes the MANAGER. who cant even write a simple email to tell the HR that he wanted to continue the transport for the 2nd shift as it will cost lesser for them to share cab home. he wrote 4 to 5 sentences when i saw them. i scratch my head and ask him what is it that he wants to express. ok.. my english is poor. i admit. my grammer sucks. but his... hoohoo... its not even pri 6 standard. i can comfirm that. he always cant get him or her, he or she right. its puzzling.. cant he differentiate gender?

why did i start to dislike him so much. when i started to realise that hes does nothing in the office. when i started to realise that he always tells us to follow the system but he himself does not. when i started to realise that he likes to siam responsibilities. when i started to realise that when in times of trouble, we the small fries will be push in front of him as his bullet shield. and he will be hiding safe behind our back. hes just a idoit.

ard 1 week ago, there was this project called the dreamliner. ok to side track abit. i'm now in this shitty team called the F.A.T- first article test. something like a prototype team. but this is a very stupid them. because every thing seems to be every urgent in this team. usually production wil tak about 6 to 8 weeks but for projects in this team things seems to be needed in 2 weeks. i think they are mad. ok. back to the dreamliner. initially the date we committed was end of the mth den due to many stupid reasons like drawing change and many many man-made problems we are left with 2 weeks to make those 10 over parts. and so my boss dennis lim said out loud in the office to me to write to P.H the fat chairperson that we will commit on the 13th nov and he told me if P.H got any question ask P.H to call him. So i just wrote an email to say "dennis lim commit on the 13-Nov" and my idoit boss wrote an email back to me to tell me not to use his name. and he even caps REMEMBER NEVER USE BOSS NAME! i should use MShop instead. Ok.. noted i know. i'm not right to use his name. ok so i will note it and NEVER use his name EVER again.

And on the same day itself. he called me to his room and ask me i a very rude manner. "So now the dreamliner ECO change until how already" ECO is = to drawing change lah. and ECO dun come to me . it goes to the engineer. but i know how is the status coz i've keen updating with SH. and so i was shocked when he ask me that question coz R.T the exp engineer was also in the room. den i reply:" HUH. ECO you ask me ar?" den he reply in chinese:"i dun ask you i ask who? you are a planner.. and some blah blah shit..." den i told him: ECO dun come to me you should ask engineer." in my heart i was like boiling lo. its like what the fuck lah. ECO u come and ask me. you not shuang i put ur name u say lah. need to be so rude anot. and for god sake pls get ur subordinates roles right. you are a manager here for more than 3 mths and you still dont know that eco dun come to me. pls lah. stop nuaing and wake up ur bloodly idea and get ur freaking ass back to work.

and guess what happen yesterday. he came back from LY and he called me to his office. and he told me that P.H whome i also thinks the and idoit. go and tell C.W whose my boss boss that everytime i goes to the fat meeting i cant give them a date when we can deliver. and i always says i'll go back and check. and i think he told him that is because during the 2nd meeting i told him that i cant provide him with a date coz i'm not experience enough. if he wants a date he can ask R.T den he reply saying that he email me so i help him ask R.T den email back and tell him. i'm like thinking WTH lo! den i told him to email R.T and cc me den if he dont reply den i will remind him. i'm not his runner loh and he told me in such a not nice manner. of course i wun helo him! and he told me not to mess up the machine shop coz he has optics and machine parts to look after. i was like wht again. den i told him when i did i mess up. and in my heart i was thinking i not shuang den i quit lo den u look after urself with all the bloodly uncles! so i suppose hes not happy or what so he told C.W that and maybe C.W ask dennis about the email which i uses his name or so i speculate. dennis must have used me as a shield to tell C.W that i always use his name and not commit to any thing. so he called me to his office and tell me when i go to fat meeting commit on the spot and not say i will come back review and tell them and not to use his name again! i was like what the fuck! i use it only once and you tell me not to always use it. u better go and die lo. den i told him that i have nothing to base on to commit. i only work for less then 3 mths how can i commit. den he gave me a very idoit ans. just tell them MShop need 6 to 8 weeks. i'm like thinking HELLO!!!! ARE YOU AND IDOIT. 6 TO 8 WEEKS IF WE HAVE SO MUCH TIME DEN WHY IS IT THAT ITS ALWAYS SO RUSH FOR FAT!!! TMD YOU GOT THE CHEEK TO TELL ME 6 TO 8 WEEKS! but i din say anything i gave a sucky face and keep quite. not point talking to an idoit more it will just makes my heart boild and lower my IQ to meet his and if he answer me with a even more stupid ans. i will just thinks that hes worse then a idoit. ok. the bottom line is i look down on my boss. i thinks that hes totally incapable.

hes english is worse than pri 6. he dunno how to use excel nor ppt and worse maybe even word. hes types with 2 fingers. hes boastful. hes dun even know how to use the coy system. hes leaving earlier and earlier but still expects us to work late. i'm not going to work late in future. maybe only mon. other days i'm just going to leave on time. no point working so hard when ur boss is a python. next time i will never hel p him type any email. i will not help him in any ppt presentation. i will just say i'm busy. it doesnt pays to be so kind to some one who might push you to die just for his own safety.

ok.. yesterday there was this best joke of the day. theres this business eng called Brian ng. and my boss emailed him and cc to me with a very stupid typo error or due to his poor spelling it say:

Hi Brain!

OMG!!!! Brian got a new name hes called Brain!!! when i saw them mail by hiim i laugh off my chair. see how stupid my boss is.

ok.. think i've accumulated enough bad karma for this entry just to curse him. but i dun really care. i'm waiting for the day he gets fired! and i will call for a celebration. hahhah
