complain again

yes... i'm here to complain again... this time it involve a few people... lets name them A, S, K, W, H and L....

This is how everythings happen from A's point of view...
K told W photos are not right... ok... so W called A to ask S to change the photos... So A called S to change the photos... sounds simple? of course... but the fact is its not! Coz S is not very willing to change... due to the fact thats she's on IA and busy with other stuff so she might not have the time to change... and most importantly she don't understand why is there a need to change... so A told her what happened... but she still don't find it convincing enough... coz S says... its only a few days more to the ptd... so even if she change now.. it wun affect the sales or the performance... and for the fact that not many people know the website... so she feel that its a total waste of time to change... ok... thats her point of view... so A listens and accept what ever S says...

W wants the photos to be change... not very satisfied with the ones on the web not... thinks that it looks like a loading error but the fact is actually S spend 1 whole day trying to create the effect as the space is too big for the photo... try to cover up the space... and S even add shadow to the photo... she told A how...A never try b4 so A wun know if its workable...but A accept what S says... so when A told K what S told A... obviously K wun believe... but that's how K thinks... A cannot do anything also...

Anyhow A spent alot of time on the hp during working hours to try to talk to S to change.. S is unwilling as she felt that her efforts are not apreciated and plus S is busy so S says she will try but can't promise anything... so A also dunno how lah.. called W and W says no matter what even if it takes himself to do it he will change the photos for K's effort... and W wants to maintain a good working relationship with K... ok.... now it seems like everyone has got their own point of view... basically K wants his original photos to be used its understandable... coz out of good will he help u with the cast photoshoot... and S is unwilling to reupload the correct photos is also understandable... being the fact that she feels that she has done her job and she cannot understand why is there a need to change... ok i must say she has done her job lah... she did not slack lohz... really... if the change was proposed at least 1 weeks ago i'm sure she will change lohz.. thats what she told me... and what W says she only do the webby for us... just treat this as a retification... some how... i feel... ok... A is me.. which is obvious enff.. i feel cannot lidat say she din do much and just take it as a retification mahz... want to retify can say earlier mahz... ok.. but w is not to blame as well coz he only realise now... ok... so are u all lost now... coz i myself oso abit luan... so basically no one is at fault... everyone only see things from their own point of view.. they demand what they want... but 1 problem... why do i need to laise with everyone... just because i'm the connection between them... why do i need to please everyone... why can't i just tell S she needs to change no matter what...by wed... even if she dont see the point... why can't i just tell K that we have already us his photos... and its not within out ability to change it at last a last min... why can't pple just give in... i need only 1 of them to tell me.. ok i change for u lohz... or another on tell me.. ok too diff den nvm lohz... NO these pple just want it their way... and i'm like HELLO!!! i can't even finish my work liow and i am here trying to pacify everyone.. so that no one will be bu shuang... but den the bu shuang one is me lohz... coz i can't finish my work!!! and what makes me really pissed is L called tell me H wants to quit subcom... some reason who listen liow oso will not happy... but this is not the main thing... the main thing is i tell L to tell H not to quit lohz.. no point... den i tell her about what just happen... and den i can't believe what she says... aiyah... this thing i dowan to chap lah.. u go and settle... HELOOOOO!!!! just for her information i did not ask her to settle... i just mearly told her what happen... hoping that she can give some constructive suggestion to add value to the situtaion one.. she jitao tell me she dowan to chap... best lohz... break up big lohz... break up say dowan to do now come back big lohz... just to do the video can liow lohz... everything i tah lohz... tmd... angry... i really got no comments when i heard that.. what more can i say... ok... thats it... actually oso nothing much to do liow.. but still i am bu shuang... break up not big lohz...

ok.. on the happier note.. i got my 1st bdae pressiee from pearl cindy and engracia.. thanks pples... haha and thanks zmr... lida... dongsheng.. and yingwai for my pressiee although i havent receive it yet... hahah but i know one of it is a zenmicro protector and something related to BOTERO haha according to him its big and heavy... hahah thanks pples... =)
