end of weekend
so soon... weekend is going to be over... tommorrow its back to work... haha... at least i'm able to adjust to working life now... and i respect my boss more and more... he's so willing to teach and guide us along... from detesting the weekly review with him to appreciting his guidance... he's really a good leader... no wonder his IE all respect him... as long as work delivered to him are up to his standard and finish out job on time...he's pretty ok hehe...During the weekly meetings... he always makes sure that we don't digress from our projects... always pull us back to the correct direction when we are lost or heading in a wrong direction... make sure that we don't do double work... and so ever ready and willing to teach... and he will try his very best to use the most simple examples and examples that we can relate to to explain to us... haha... and he also makes sure that his IE are willing to spare time to explain to us even though they are very busy... cos he said
"to him, leadership has no time boundary..."
